VP of Estimating

As the Vice President of Estimating, Dan will lead the preconstruction team efforts, leading the team in all phases of pricing activities. Dan has 20 years of estimating and construction field experience. His initial activities will involve studying the cost and design of the project, clarifying questions with the design team, and preparing detailed estimates at various stages of design. He will ensure that all estimating work is completed promptly and in compliance with all Owner requirements.

Paul Aballo

Senior VP of Construction

Paul is responsible for the field operations of Dimeo projects. He works closely with Dimeo's project executives and project management team in the planning and analysis of project operations, setting policy on project operations including LEAN methods, safety, schedule, and quality. Paul's career includes major assignments with Yale University, Factory Mutual Global; the University of Massachusetts; and Cigna Insurance. Paul joined Dimeo in 1986 and is a graduate of University of Rhode Island with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering. In 2016 Paul was named AGC/CT General Contractor-Construction Manager of the Year.

Michael Fuchs

VICE PRESIDENT OF PRECONSTRUCTION

Michael leads Dimeo's preconstruction planning department including its centralized procurement operations. Overseeing a staff of 20+ professionals, Mike joined Dimeo in 1993 having worked with several large construction managers throughout New England. Mike's career with Dimeo has included the growth and development of the firm's estimating capabilities and the associated planning of major projects. Mike is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University with a B.S. Degree in Construction Management.

Christopher Doepper

Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Chris directs the overall construction operations of the company, including project administration, contract management, preconstruction planning and estimating, purchasing, construction operations, and safety compliance. He serves as a resource to the firm’s project executives on the management of specific project operations and is also a liaison to owners and consultants on the overall performance of Dimeo’s efforts; he also serves as principal-in-charge on specific projects.

Frank Reynolds

VP of Strategic Pursuits

As the Vice President of Strategic Pursuits, Frank leads the preconstruction team efforts, coordinating the team in all phases of pricing activities. Frank has been with Dimeo since 1996 and has 30 years of estimating and construction field experience. His initial activities will involve studying the cost and design of the project, clarifying questions with the design team, and preparing detailed estimates at various stages of design. He will ensure that all estimating work is completed promptly and in compliance with all Owner requirements.

Douglas Peckham

Senior VP of Operations

Doug graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and joined Dimeo in 1988. He quickly progressed through the ranks as a Field Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive and now, in his current position as Dimeo’s Vice President of Boston Operations. In addition to leading Dimeo’s intern recruitment program, he has successfully completed six LEED certified projects, including major assignments for Criterion Investments, University of Rhode Island College of Engineering and Trinity Financial, various project.

Stephen Rutledge

President/Chief Executive Officer

Stephen leads the day-to-day operations of the organization. In his role he interfaces on issues focused on risk assessment, operational effectiveness, quality, human resources, and client relations. Stephen joined Dimeo in 1980 and was appointed executive vice president of operations in 1992. During his career Stephen has led major projects with clients including: Amica Insurance, Yale University and Factory Mutual Global, Harvard University and Citizens Bank. Stephen is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Construction Management.

Bob Kunz

Corporate Safety Director

As Safety Director, Bob has been instrumental in leading the recognition of Dimeo’s safety program as among the top of class in the United States. His responsibilities include managing a team of safety professionals in overseeing the creation, implementation, and enforcement of the project safety program for each project. Bob assures Dimeo safety program including subcontractor orientations, review of subcontractor safety programs, mandatory on-site training programs and health surveys for all participants involved on our projects are executed to our standards.

Luke George

VP of Purchasing

As the VP of Purchasing, Luke is responsible for coordinating all subcontractor development and management activities ranging from end-to-end procurement activities and value delivery, including analysis, category management, strategic sourcing strategies, and overall contract management with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and business partners. Luke performs various duties to ensure goods and services are delivered at the best possible price. His experience in the industry goes well beyond purchasing, as Luke has worked as a carpenter, an Operations Director for construction companies, and even owned his own construction company.

Bradford Dimeo

Chairman

Brad represents the third generation of his family to lead the firm's construction interests. Appointed president of the organization in the mid-90's, Brad's leadership, innovative style, and commitment to client service over the succeeding decades resulted in significant growth and recognition of the organization as one of New England's leading builders. Today as chairman of Dimeo Construction Company, Brad continues to provide stewardship to the organization and the next generation of project leaders.

Anthony Dematteo

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING

Anthony leads Dimeo marketing and new business development activities. Anthony's efforts have focus on cultivating new client relationships and expanding Dimeo's presence throughout New England. Anthony's career also includes senior financial management and project management responsibilities with other major builders. Anthony is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Lori Corsi

VP of Administration & Director of Accounting

Lori is responsible for the corporate insurance program, claim/loss control, human resource management, training, and management of the administrative staff. She also supports the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) with financial aspects of the organization. Prior to joining Dimeo in 1987, Lori worked for Grinnell Fire Protection and American Universal Insurance Co. Lori is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.

Kosta Bitsis

VICE PRESIDENT OF SPECIAL PROJECTS/PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Kosta leads project teams in the healthcare and special project areas of the organization's operations. A 30-year veteran of the Dimeo team, Kosta has managed many of the firm's major healthcare assignments. His work has included major renovations to occupied healthcare institutions including Lawrence and Memorial Hospital, Memorial, Miriam Hospital and Woman & Infants Hospital. Kosta is also a LEED accredited professional and is a graduate of Roger Williams University with B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering.

Steven Avery

Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Steven leads the organization's accounting and financial reporting activities as well as insurance and surety programs. Prior to joining Dimeo in 1996, Steve was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP focused on assurance, merger, and acquisition engagements within the construction industry. He has been a leader in key areas including the establishment of Dimeo's self-performance operations and affiliate companies. Steve is a graduate of Babson College with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
