Project Scheduler Providence, RI


The Project Scheduler works collaboratively with the project teams throughout New England developing the Project Schedule utilizing Primavera P6 commencing with Project pursuits through closeout and turnover, reporting directly to the V.P. of Construction providing status updates on assigned Projects, developing and maintaining all levels of schedules, from design management, procurement, preconstruction, & detailed construction & commissioning.

The Estimator’s role carries responsibility for successful completion of the pre-construction phase of a project. Objective is to provide the optimum price for the proposed Scope of Work, using all pricing strategies available to him. Estimator works closely with the Owner and the Architect employing cost savings and value analysis techniques where possible as well as subcontractors selected for preliminary pricing.

The Senior Superintendent is an experienced project site individual who has proficient knowledge of construction installation and scheduling concepts, shows the ability to delegate work activities, manage all site related activities in a timely and professional manner and interact or communicate effectively with all inspectors, owners, and architectural/engineering representatives. The Superintendent is the lead site individual and reports to the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. Ability to oversee and execute the scheduling, quality control, safety and inter-discipline coordination of all site activities to meet or exceed project schedule milestones.

Senior Project Manager Boston, MA


The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is an experienced individual who has proficient knowledge of construction management, quality control, financial reporting/cost projections, construction installation and scheduling concepts, shows the ability to oversee, manage, lead, and delegate work activities to staff, manage all related activities in a timely and professional manner and interact with all inspection, owner and architectural representatives. The SPM is the lead individual and reports to the Project Executive. The SPM is responsible to oversee the full execution of items identified for the overall successful completion of the project. It is expected that the SPM has full and expert knowledge of construction/engineering and related activities, terms, and concepts as well as coordination and scheduling of activities and management of staff.
