Dimeo Construction Company recently celebrated our third Topping Off ceremony in less than a week!
On Friday, November 4th, the team celebrated the topping off at Shanley Hall. Named for Rev. Brian J. Shanley, PC’s 12th president, Shanley Hall is a six-story dormitory facility spanning 122,730 square feet, consisting of 82 suites for sophomores.
Then on Wednesday, November 9th, we celebrated the topping off at Allston yards. Allston yards Building A is a mixed-use residential and retail project that includes a four-story residential building; two stories of lobbies, retail, storage, and MEP services; two stories of underground delivery corridors and parking. In total, the building is eight levels and approximately 430,000 square feet.
Lastly, on Thursday, November 10th, Dimeo celebrated the topping off at Samuels WAVI. The Washington Village project, located in the Andrew Square neighborhood of South Boston, is the start of the long-awaited redevelopment of a 5-acre former industrial site. The seven-story mixed-use building consists of 214 rental homes, including 37 income-based units; approximately 20,000 sf of ground floor retail; and associated site improvements.
These are important projects for the local communities, and we are excited to see them progress toward completion!
