Dimeo Construction

This Design/Build project consisted of the construction of a six-story dormitory complex. Designed to accommodate 425 beds (92 suites) and four faculty suites, the dormitory features a series of interdependently connected 'row houses', creating a sense of domesticity and intimacy for the students. The project was planned in a segmental crescent shape, linking the master campus pathway to the existing classroom buildings and field house. Unique features of this project include a lower conference center, computer laboratories and individual suite balconies, with five laundry rooms and parking for 250 cars.
