Dimeo Construction Company is underway on the Washington Village Redevelopment, Phase 3, project which represents the new construction of 108 housing rental residences in two buildings, on the existing Washington Village housing development in the South Norwalk Neighborhood of Norwalk, CT. The project is the third phase of a larger multi-phase redevelopment effort that will replace the existing Washington Village public housing project. Designed by DKH Architects, Inc. the project is to be complete by Summer 2021.
