Dimeo utilizes a highly integrative approach in the development, application and maintenance of the project schedule. The project schedule is the universal tool for team collaboration in executing a successful sequence of work and coordinating the myriad of moves that will take place among the subcontractors in delivering a project on time.

The project's base CPMS (Critical Path Master Schedule) is developed throughout the design phase as a baseline for the measurement and adjusting the sequence of activities throughout the course of a project. As a project progresses into construction the base CPM schedule is further refined with input from subcontractors and the project team to expand key activities.

Monthly, throughout the course of construction, the CPMS is updated and used by the project team as an ongoing planning tool with the subcontractors and client to reflect the latest status of the work.
