Program Management/Owner's Representative (PM-OR)
Dimeo can provide a broad range of services as program managers and owner's representative dependent upon the requirements, size and complexity of the assignment. PM-OR services can encompass advising on team formation and consultant and CM selection, to contract development and negotiation, design phase planning services from master budgeting and basis of design estimating, to detailed cost estimating and cost reconciliation, schedule development and monitoring, phasing, and logistical studies. Services also include providing ongoing project management and construction phase administration, QC/QA inspection, schedule and cost reporting.
