Warwick, RI - Dimeo completed a multi-phased expansion to the Warwick Mall, designed by Carter & Burgess, Inc., consisting of the demolition and conversion of existing mall space, followed by construction of a new mall addition. Phase I included the demolition of the interior first and second floors of the former Macy space, construction of a new vertical access/egress element to access the second level tenant, construction of a new loading area and enclosed stock receiving and staging area, addition of exterior ribbon windows around the full perimeter at the second level, relocation of the ring road to the northeast of the building, and related site relocation/improvements.

Phase II consisted of the construction of the core and shell of a new "lifestyle" shopping component, comprised of approximately 103,000 sf of new construction, and 20,000 sf of reconfigured space in the existing mall.
