Dimeo Construction Company Awarded the New Fall River Trial Court Project
Providence, RI - Dimeo is serving as Construction Manager for the Fall River Trial Court designed by Finegold Alexander & Associates, Inc. The new 150,000 sf trial court consists of a 5-story building in the heart of downtown Fall River. With 5 main floors and a mechanical penthouse, the building is steel framed with metal stud back-up of a cast veneer material. Each floor is approximately 30,000 sf, and includes 9 courtrooms, a law library, associated holding facilities, and administrative areas for the court proceedings.
This project is designed to receive LEED's Silver rating.
