Representing a landmark in neighborhood-based planning, design, and development, One Brigham Circle was a collaborative effort between residents, property owners, businesses, Mission Hill Neighborhood Housing Services, Northland Development Corporation and New Boston Fund. Construction Management of this 4-story, mixed-use project, featured 80,000 sf of retail space, 120,000 sf of office space, a 14,000 sf Village Square, 255 structured parking spaces, and 135 surface parking spaces.
Additionally, 5.5 acres of the 9.5 acre site were developed into a public park to be maintained in perpetuity. Project scope involved abatement and demolition of the two existing buildings. Multiple tenant relocations were also required before construction could commence.
