Dimeo Construction

Dimeo worked with Chelsea GCA, REIT in the construction of a 5 Phase retail outlet located on an 81-acre site in Wrentham, Massachusetts. This project, designed to look like a colonial New England village, includes separate and distinct retail pods clustered around walkways and avenues. Building configurations and design create the concept of an open market where stores line each side of the mall concourses and are linked by means of wide, landscaped walkways. In addition to the 170 stores, the project includes a 24,000 sf food court and 2 restaurants. Creative land use and landscaping make for the efficient and unobtrusive planning of parking areas for over 3,000 vehicles.
