Dimeo Construction

Dimeo served as Construction Manager, redeveloping an existing covered mall, with two anchor stores, into a power center mall on a 23.5 acre site. The project scope included demolition of existing buildings, renovation of the remaining 100,000 sf, and new construction. The site-work included: all new utility services, site re-grading to reduce the existing 32 foot grade drop, drainage, new parking lots, and approximately 1 acre of landscaping.

The typical building construction consists of one-level structures, except the existing two-level Marshall's anchor store. The project was completed in phases so that throughout the construction/demolition operation, the existing mall tenants could remain in operation.
