Dimeo Construction

This General Contracting project involved construction of a new Lord & Taylor Store within the Providence Place Mall. The three floors are connected by a center crisscross escalator. Project scope included interior finish work, mechanical, sprinkler, plumbing and electrical work systems, mechanical room, cooling tower and air handling systems, emergency generator, and freight and passenger elevators. Coordinating with multiple contractors made this project challenging.
