Dimeo Construction completed three projects for Best Buy including stores in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. These fast-track, Construction Management projects consisted of the construction of two new stores (each built in only 4 months), which required a synergistic team effort in order to meet the deadlines. The facilities were designed for high visibility, easy access, and parking convenience to create an enjoyable shopping experience for the consumer.

Additionally, an existing supermarket was renovated into a new 38,000 sf Best Buy retail store. Best Buy is a large volume specialty retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software, and appliances. Architects for the Dedham, MA and Warwick, RI stores were Maxwell Johanson Maher Architects. The architect for the Watertown, MA store was Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects.
