Dimeo Construction

As Construction Manager, Dimeo Design/Built the residence hall on Salem State College's Central Campus, consisting of a 4-story, 3-wing, steel framed structure. There are a total of 460 student beds, encompassing 83 total living units. The majority of the units are 6-person suites that include two 2-person bedrooms, and two 1-person bedrooms. All suites are equipped with 2 full baths, a living room and complete kitchen. Other units consist of the residence directors' apartment, graduate student studio apartments and faculty apartments. Common areas include study lounges on each floor, a seminar/conference area with "smart room" technology, a fitness center, laundry area and main lobby. The exterior masonry facade is accented by architectural pre-cast.
