Dimeo Construction

Dimeo worked with Northeastern University on this Construction Management project to provide both local residents and Northeastern students with critically-needed housing with the construction of Davenport Commons. Construction included 625 beds for students and 60 home duplexes and flats that were sold as subsidized affordable homes. This innovative development of student and family housing, supported by the City of Boston, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and many other financial participants, is the result of an intense effort that led to the forging of a partnership between the community and the University.
