Dimeo Construction

A joint venture partnership with CWC Builders, this phased redevelopment was comprised of the demolition of four masonry apartment buildings and the construction of 260 units in two mid-rise buildings with underground parking and four, wood framed, townhouse style buildings on two parcels. Demolition and asbestos abatement were necessary prior to commencing new construction. Phases III and IV consisted of 166 units of affordable 3 story wood frame townhouses in 16 buildings for a total of 270,000 sf. There is a new 10,000 sf community center and a new park on the site. In total Dimeo built 426 units in Phases I through IV.

This LEED Certified project was chosen for the Best Overall Development Award in the 2006 Affordable Housing Finance Magazine Reader's Choice Awards.
