Langham Court is an award-winning, 84 unit, mixed-income rental development located in Boston's South End. This project consisted of a 5-story block of elevator-accessed flats that fit the scale of Shawmut Avenue, one of the area's main thoroughfares. Along the smaller-scaled side streets are 4-story row houses containing duplexes. The development has a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments and they are evenly divided between low, moderate, and market-rate tenants. One of the most inviting features of Langham Court is the 16,000 sf landscaped courtyard in the middle of the U-shaped development. The complex includes an underground parking structure.
