Dimeo Construction

Dimeo served as Construction Manager for the restoration and renovation of 10 residence halls and the construction of 90 new student rooms. The project included a dining hall and kitchen expansion, new connecting tunnels, a courtyard, and the reconfiguration of student rooms.

Special quality control techniques had to be developed to ensure the historical integrity of the project was maintained. Construction activity was successfully coordinated while students occupied portions of the project.
