Brown University, Andrews Hall Renovations
Providence, RI
110,000 sf
Architect: Lamborghini-Feibelman

This project consisted of major renovations to a student residence hall, which was divided into two phases to accommodate the extensive scope required in this project. Phase I of the project schedule required the replacement of 70% of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure be completed during the 12 week summer recess. This work involved asbestos abatement, including pipe installation at individual room chases. Phase II incorporated the balance of the 105,000 sf renovations, which included completing mechanical and electrical finishes, new interior doors, and finishes throughout including over two dozen common kitchen areas. An infill addition at the courtyard was built to serve as an area for student functions.
