Dimeo Construction

Dimeo has been selected as the Construction Administrator for the town of Tolland's new high school. The new 2 story senior high school will house 1,300 students and will include a 900-seat auditorium, cafeteria, gymnasium and basketball gymnasium, almost 60 classrooms, including science classrooms, three computer labs and four specialty labs. In addition, the new 10,000 sf library/media center will be triple the size of the current school's library. The school will be located on a 45 acre parcel that will require extensive site development for the school, roadways and parking, multiple playing fields, including softball, baseball, track, football, soccer, practice fields and tennis courts.
