Dimeo completed this Construction Management project in three phases. Phase I consisted of exterior repairs to make the structure watertight and included a new slate roof, new copper flashings, pointing and patching of all brick and stone masonry, limestone balusters, installation of all new wood window sashes throughout to conform to historical society requirements and new roof drains and rain leaders. The project required complex staging for the entire building. Phase II consisted of replacing all elevators, upgrading life safety systems to meet current code requirements (installation of new sprinkler system, addition of an emergency generator, etc.). Phase III included the addition of two new courtrooms and the renovations to all existing holding cells.
