This assigment was completed on a tight urban site in just under 36 months. The structure is cast-in-place below grade and a steel structure with a brick facade above grade. The project has two levels for below grade parking and ten levels above grade for retail and office space for various state agencies, including the Mass DOT and Mass Highway.
