Dimeo Construction

The Gateway Community College project will consolidate many of the programs presently housed on the Long Wharf and North Haven Campuses at a new location in downtown New Haven. The project will be two structures totaling 367,000 gsf to be built on two city blocks at a major entrance to the city, connected by a bridge over George Street. In addition, Dimeo will be building a new 600 car pre-cast garage, and the project will seek LEED Gold certification.
