Dimeo Construction

This project encompassed: renovations to turn the former gym into a music and arts facility; creation of language and IT labs; renovating and expanding the cafeteria; creation of additional classroom space within the existing space and a two-story addition for 15 science classrooms; technology upgrades; site improvements; utility infrastructure; ADA compliance upgrades; asbestos removal; security; and life safety improvements. Additionally, Dimeo replaced the existing curtain wall system on the high school, including replacement of unit ventilators heating system. Dimeo worked with the school, the school department and Town officials to complete this occupied renovation project on schedule and within the allotted budget.
