This renovation project for MetPath/Damon Corporation consisted of converting a 50,000 sf warehouse into a state-of-the-art biomedical testing laboratory. The stations contained high end lab casework including epoxy counters and gas and DI water stations. The renovations included the BL-1 and BL-2 Containment Laboratories, computer information center, environmental rooms, gowning area, 10,000 sf employee support areas (offices, cafeteria, locker rooms, etc.), high purity D.I. water system, 850 G.P.H. acid waste neutralization system, and 200 KVA back-up generator and U.P.S. systems.
