Dimeo Construction

This Construction Management project represents the fourth building within the Biotechnology Research Park. Services included budgeting, scheduling, value analysis and construction coordination for the four tenants (Ecoscience, Genica, Alpha Beta and Phytara).

The fit-out for these tenants consisted of specialized laboratory space including fume hoods, media preparation, warm and cold rooms, freezer rooms, and administrative support areas. The 28 fume hoods required close coordination with the tight space provided. The project was constructed on a fast-track basis, completed for occupancy in less than twelve months, despite constant tenant changes that enhanced the need for extensive coordination efforts.
