Dimeo Construction

Dimeo acted as General Contractor for this R&D laboratory addition, which was constructed on the 239 acre corporate campus. Construction included tying in a four-story discovery research facility building addition to the main facility. State-of-the-art laboratory space was housed in a structural concrete frame, pre-cast exterior, and ribbon window-clad building.

Interior finishes included 2x2 inlaid acoustical ceilings with parabolic lighting throughout. Individual research centers include perimeter offices, tile flooring, and Duralab casework and more than 90 fume hoods. The facility also includes two surgical suites and numerous cold storage rooms.
