Linsly-Chittenden Hall Renovations
New Haven, CT
56,000 sf
Architect: Goody Clancy & Associates

As Construction Manager, Dimeo completed an extensive renovation in the heart of the Old Campus to Yale's late 19th and early 20th century English and Philosophy academic classroom complex.

Project scope included extensive restoration of the building's historic brownstone facade and a comprehensive interior renovation. Work featured restoration of all woodwork and plaster finishes, as well as complete upgrades of M/E/P systems. The building's roof was raised and replicated to reflect the original design in creating new space for professor's offices.

The building's two lecture halls were completely reworked and state-of-the-art telecommunication and audio visual systems were installed. A major component of the renovation was the addition of a ADA compliant elevator in the center of the building.
