Dimeo returned to RISD as Construction Manager to renovate the 6-story Center for Integrative Technologies (formerly the Mason Building) into a number of departments, including: a small business incubator, a continuing education laboratory, and educational programs in digital and other design-related areas. The Center is adjacent and interconnected to RISD's Graduate Center for Fine Arts. Dimeo completed Phase I of the work in just 4.5 months, which consisted of extensive interior renovations to floors 6, 5, 3, and lobby and basement areas, to include a new Dean's office, galleries, shop work areas, studios, classrooms and computer rooms. All new MEP, stairs, electrical vault and electrical service were installed. Phase II encompassed floors 2 and 4, exterior masonry cleaning and repointing, and new casement windows.
