Dimeo Construction

Scope of work for this Construction Management project included construction of three new buildings - a new Combustion Turbine Hall, Relay Building, and Water Treatment Building. The new building was designed to maintain the same historic architectural features of the old structure.

This project presented several unique management challenges including extensive site coordination due to limited access and presence of the client's prime contractors, and coordination of building structural work with the Construction Program Manager, Bechtel.
