Dimeo Construction

Dimeo's relationship with Memorial Hospital spans more than 35 years and includes construction of a multi-phased main building addition, and renovations, as well as a new Primary Care Facility that tied into the existing hospital. Subsequent work included construction of an ambulatory facility, exam rooms, and outpatient clinics, as well as demolition of an existing building and the construction of new Administration, Physical Therapy and Emergency Departments. Critical issues that arose during the preconstruction phase were solved using a phased delivery process involving the movement of hospital personnel and patients into temporary structures while renovating existing space. The significant preconstruction effort enabled Dimeo to complete demolition and construction activity without interrupting ongoing hospital operations and patient care.
