Dimeo Construction

This project consisted of an ambulatory facility and maternity center as well as a 30,000 sf renovation to the existing basement mechanical rooms, the first floor emergency rooms and third floor patient recovery rooms. Construction included a steel frame composite deck with a fully adhered rubber roof and sloped skylights. The renovation included replacement of a 250 HP boiler, major replacement of mechanical room equipment and duct work. There are 9 sleepover maternity beds and 15 outpatient beds.
