At the forefront of sustainable construction practices, Dimeo delivered Connecticut's first LEED certified building, and the first LEED certified museum in the United States with completion of The Mark Twain Visitor Center in 2002. To date, Dimeo has completed close to 3 million sf of structures certified at the levels of Certified, Silver and Gold spanning a variety of market sectors.
Dimeo preconstruction and construction teams are experienced in supporting the owner and design team throughout the formulation, validation, execution and auditing process. In addition, the firm places significant emphasis on our commitment to educating our employees in the latest tenets of LEED accreditation while incorporating sustainable features and systems on our projects.
