Dimeo Construction

Dimeo was Construction Manager for this gracious, 2-story, Georgian Colonial office building, constructed of structural steel with a masonry facade. The facade features traditional Georgian detailing including 2 large masonry chimneys and 2 walkout terraces with decorative balustrades set amidst fully landscaped grounds.

A distinctive feature of the lobby floor is the laser-cut corporate logo inlaid in Brazilian cherry and wenge wood. The 3-level building includes offices, board and conference rooms, a library, and open landscaped work stations. The lower basement level houses the main computer center, mail room, mechanical/electrical equipment systems, and file storage area. Site work included all new utilities, a parking lot, and asphalt paving around the building.
