Dimeo Construction

This multi-phased office renovations project consisted of complete interior gut and renovation of interior offices and included construction of a small data room. In phase II Dimeo completed the gut and renovation of a 90,000 sf high bay office. Renovations involved interior offices, complete upgrade of HVAC, electrical, and telephone and data systems, including rooftop mounted systems. The third phase of renovations consisted of demolition and a complete retro-fit of the space. Scope included new partitions and soffits, new ceilings, new flooring and finishes, and life safety upgrades.
