This Construction Management project involved the renovation of an existing building into a new corporate headquarters for Hasbro. The building consists of approximately 25,000 sf on the ground floor for office space and 5,000 sf in the basement for storage. Design of the building maximized natural interior light, including an atrium incorporating a reflecting pool with boulders and foliage, new skylights and installation of new windows in existing load bearing perimeter walls. New doors to the exterior and a new staircase to the basement level were also installed. The project was awarded the 1998 Boston Society of Architects Design Award and the David B. Perini, Jr. Award for Team Effectiveness.
