Dimeo Construction

Dimeo provided Construction Management services for this new, five-story building, which consolidates the Information Technology departments for Kent Hospital, Butler Hospital and Women and Infants' Hospital. The project scope included a 5,000 sf data room equipped with state-of-the-art HVAC and electrical systems, a dry fire suppression system, access flooring, and an emergency generator. Other areas include I.T. support, offices, and flexible open office space. The exterior facade is an interesting use of five distinct materials: aged copper, corrugated steel siding, brick masonry, EIFS, and aluminum siding.
