Dimeo Construction

Dimeo served as Construction Manager for this 7 story Bio-Medical building addition and renovation project, which added additional operating and lecture facilities, as well as laboratory and office space. This project included a wrap around, six-story expansion and tie-in to the existing laboratory and classroom facility.

Unique interior features of this facility included 28 fume hoods and various wet laboratory research space, an animal containment area with central conveyance system, research laboratories including discovery processes, light and dark controlled growth rooms, auditorium, conference, and classrooms with detailed millwork. Exterior finishes included: skylights, exterior brick, and standing seam lead coated copper roof.
