Dimeo provides single source design/build (D/B) project delivery services for a broad range of projects. As builders, Dimeo is unique from the typical design/build approach as we do not provide sole source in-house design services. As your design/builder we will form a team with a 3rd party independent design consultant - usually selected in conjunction with the client- to assure that the firm with the best design knowledge and fit for the client's needs is chosen.

As design/builders we will work in much the same way we do as a CM - with full transparency while providing for an open, fully collaborative dialog between owner and design team. As the design/builder we will have a direct contractual relationship with the consultant team providing the client with one single point of contract regarding the overall progress of the work and achievement of their project objectives.
