Dimeo can provide construction management services as either an at risk general contractor-CMAR; or as an agent of the client - referred to as CM /Agency or CMA. As CM, Dimeo will provide comprehensive preconstruction planning services in advising an owner and consultant team in the areas of cost and constructability, as well as develop strategies to help assure timely completion and competitive procurement. Once under construction Dimeo on-site operations teams will manage and coordinate the overall progress of the work while monitoring and reporting on cost, schedule, safety and quality of the overall project.
