SENIOR ESTIMATOR – BOSTON, MA (SEAPORT):

The Senior Estimator is in the lead position during the preconstruction phase, bringing together all the team members in the development of a preconstruction plan and project estimate, pursuit proposal or GMP utilizing independent decision making and cognitive skills. This individual is responsible for developing estimates and performance of detailed quantity survey and take off data in order to develop material, labor, equipment, and overall project cost forecasts. It is the responsibility of the Senior Estimator to collaborate with other preconstruction and operations team members in pursuit of new work, planning of ongoing projects and retention of awarded work assignments.

ASST. SUPERINTENDENT:
The Assistant Superintendent will show the ability to delegate work activities and manage those activities delegated by the Superintendent in a timely and professional manner.  They will serve as a support resource for the execution of the work as directed by the Superintendent, and as applicable, the Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.  In the absence of the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will act as the lead individual responsible for overseeing and executing all field related activities. It is expected that the Assistant Superintendent have full knowledge of construction/engineering and related activities, terms, and concepts.

ASST. PROJECT MANAGER:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is an individual with knowledge in construction management, quality control, financial reporting/cost projections, construction installation and scheduling concepts and will extend to their ability to manage and delegate responsibility.  The APM will show the ability to delegate work activities and manage those activities delegated by the Project Manager in a timely and professional manner.  The APM is a support resource to the execution of the work directed by the Project Manager.  It is expected that the APM has full knowledge of construction/engineering and related activities, terms, and concepts.

PROJECT MANAGER:
The Project Manager (PM) is an experienced individual who has proficient knowledge of construction management, quality control, financial reporting/cost projections, construction installation and scheduling concepts, shows the ability to oversee, manage, lead, and delegate work activities to staff, manage all related activities in a timely and professional manner and interact with all inspection, owner and architectural representatives.  The PM is the lead individual and reports to the Sr. Project Manager and/or Project Executive.  The PM is responsible for overseeing the full execution of items identified for the overall successful completion of the project. It is expected that the PM has full and expert knowledge of construction/engineering and related activities, terms, and concepts as well as coordination and scheduling of activities and management of staff.

SUPERINTENDENT:
The Superintendent is an experienced project site individual who has proficient knowledge of construction installation and scheduling concepts, shows the ability to delegate work activities, manage all site related activities in a timely and professional manner and interact or communicate effectively with all inspectors, owners, and architectural/engineering representatives.  The Superintendent is the lead site individual and reports to the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Executive. They will have the ability to oversee and execute the scheduling, quality control, safety and inter-discipline coordination of all site activities to meet or exceed project schedule milestones.
