Dimeo views the safety of all individuals in any capacity engaged with our organization as one of its most important priorities.
Dimeo's safety and loss control program is a leader throughout the construction industry. The organization maintains an active daily project safety inspection team that conducts unscheduled comprehensive inspections of each site on a regular basis. An in-house safety management team that coordinates and monitors ongoing in-house and field training programs supports Dimeo's overall safety effort. In addition the organization conducts mandatory safety training and updates for all personnel. Dimeo is one of only a handful of construction firms that has certified all of its employees per the 30 Hour OSHA standard.
Because of Dimeo's strong commitment to safety we were the first builder in New England accepted into the Associated General Contractors/OSHA sponsored CHASE Safety program (recognizing Construction, Health and Safety Excellence) under the Blue Status recognition, the highest level attainable, placing the organization in a long term partnership built on continuous tangible improvements to our safety programs.
